Family & Individual Membership
Available for 1, 3, 5 Years & Lifetime* Membership year ends December of each year.
Become a member of ISGH and be a part of progress. You can choose from different levels of our membership plans, ranging from family to individual.
Family membership is $75 for 1 year, $180 for 3 years, and $285 for 5 years. Lifetime membership for a family is also available for a one-time payment of $1500. Eligible family members that can be added include a spouse, parents, parents-in-law, and children/dependents 21 or under residing at the same address. Individual membership is $45 for 1 year, $110 for 3 years, $170 for 5 years, and $20 for students for 1 year.

Become a Member of ISGH
To become a member, please sign up at community.isgh.org/membership.
You will first be asked to choose your membership level. Once level has been selected, fill out the rest of the membership form. After payment is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email of your membership with a link to add additional family members.
Access the ISGH Community Portal
Sign up for the community portal! This will give you access to view your membership status, renew your membership, view your center's meeting minutes, and make profile updates.
RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP
To renew your membership, log in to your membership account. Once you are logged in, select "Membership" from the left side menu. Under your membership status, click on the "Renew" button. Complete the form with the payment details. After the payment has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email of the renewal.
