Checkomatic Membership

Checkomatic Membership is one of the levels of ISGH membership. To qualify, a recurring minimum payment of $7.50 monthly (individual) or $12.50 monthly (family) must be set up with an application for membership. For member voting rights, recurring payments must equal the amount of 1 yr family or individual membership by the deadline of June 30th.

SIGN UP FOR CHECKOMATIC (Recurring Payments)
To sign up for checkomatic, please go to community.isgh.org/membership, and choose Monthly Sustainer as the level. You will be asked to choose the center of your choice and monthly amount. If you are signing up for a family membership, please be sure to include the required information for family members in the form. After we've received your application, we will activate your membership account. To access the community portal and view your membership status, you can create an account here.
