ISGH owns and operates two fully equipped funeral homes in North and Southwest Houston and one Ghusl Center in Southeast Houston. ISGH Funeral Services workers strive to provide dignified service to each family, specifically privacy and respect as they work to fulfill the last rites of the deceased. These services begin with a phone call to ISGH Funeral Services (832-330-9905), where arrangements are made to transfer the deceased, wash (ghusul) and shroud (kafan) the body, perform Salat-ul-Janaza, and bury the deceased in his or her final resting place.

ISGH has partnered with several cemeteries that have plots reserved exclusively for Muslims; however, to meet the needs of the growing Muslim population in and around Houston, ISGH purchased land in Northwest Houston (22505 Stokes Rd, Waller, TX 77484) to build its own cemetery which is functional now.
