- By registering in this Package, I do release and forever discharge The Islamic Society of Greater Houston (ISGH) and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, volunteers, agents, and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual capacities from any claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, whether direct or indirect or consequential, which I have or ever had or may in the future have against ISGH or any of the Released Parties arising out of or relating to this Package.
- By registering in this Package, I understand that fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-creditable.
- By registering for this Package, I understand that last-minute travel changes can happen due to flight cancellations, delays, or any travel-related inconveniences. I am willing to work with the travel agency (AMAX Travel) to find the best accommodation available.
